Ceramics UK recently held its industry flagship conference focussed on decarbonisation, “Delivering Net Zero for British Ceramics” at Staffordshire University with over 150 attendees from across the country. The event was the perfect opportunity to discuss industry best practices, chances at collaboration, and updates on key research and decarbonisation initiatives.
Guest speakers included professionals from We Are Liminal, the Energy Networks Association, the Department of Energy Security & Net Zero, the Environment Agency, the Health and Safety Executive, and Ceramics UK. In addition to speaking engagements, roundtable discussions and Q&A Panels also took place. Awards were also given out throughout the event to recognise colleagues driving change and engaging in exemplary activities.
